Wayne was born and raised in Asheboro. He is a graduate of Asheboro High and The University of North Carolina. Wayne has a lifelong involvement in the community, serving on numerous boards and coaching youth sports. He is a past president of Asheboro Rotary Club, past chairman of the Randolph County Economic Development Corporation, past chairman of the North Carolina Automobile Dealers Association, and in 2005, Wayne was the recipient of the North Carolina Dealer of the Year award, and national finalist for the Time Quality Dealer Award. Wayne enjoys golf, riding his Harley's, snow skiing, and most of all, spending time with family (especially his 3 granddaughters). He has been blessed with a wonderful wife, 2 sons, and a family that is still growing.

Cam was born into the auto industry in 1987 and has worked for both his father and grandfather. He grew up in Asheboro and attended McCrary Elementary School, North Asheboro Middle School, and graduated from Asheboro High School in 2005. After high school, he moved to Boone, NC, and graduated from Appalachian State in 2009 with a BSBA in Management. He likes to spend his time off with his wife and daughter, and two dogs Turner and Winston. Cam likes to watch all sports and loves the beach.

Trent has been a part of the family car business since he was born in 1982. He has worked with his late grandfather Dan at Dan Thomas Pontiac-Isuzu as well as his father Wayne here at Wayne Thomas Chevrolet Cadillac. Trent attended elementary, middle and some high school in Asheboro before transferring to Greensboro Day School in Greensboro, NC where he graduated in 2002. After high school Trent studied at UNC Charlotte and Pfeiffer before joining the family business. He moved to Nashville, TN in 2014 where he traveled the East Coast as a songwriter and tour manager. He rejoined the family business in 2017. Trent enjoys turkey and deer hunting as well as watching his favorite sports teams play. His favorite thing to do though is spend time with family, especially his two daughters Nashlyn and Carter.

Danita was born and raised right here in Asheboro. She is a graduate from Asheboro High School and Randolph Community College. She is happily married and is the mother of Angus, a spoiled rotten Scottish Terrier.

Dwight is a native of Montgomery County, but has made Asheboro his home since 1980. He has worked in the auto industry for over 36 years. Previous to joining the Thomas family in 2002, Dwight worked as a salesman, business manager, and sales manager in High Point, Asheboro, and Siler City. Through the years, he has made hundreds of friends and he still enjoys helping them with their auto needs. When he is not in the store, he enjoys spending time at the gym, at church, and with his family. Dwight is an avid sports fan and astronomy buff, and also a pretty good cook. Dwight is blessed to have a wife, 2 sons, and a granddaughter, along with his extended family.

David was born and raised in Montgomery County NC. He graduated from West Montgomery High School in 1986. David loves to spend time with his 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and watch UNC sports.

Daniel was born and raised in Montgomery County NC and recently moved to the Robbins area with his wife and three daughters. He graduated from East Montgomery High School in 2000 and attended UNC Greensboro until 2004. In his spare time he loves to hunt, fish, and watch college baseball.

Tim was raised in Trinity, NC. He graduated from Denton High School in 1982. Tim started working in the auto industry 2010. He likes to spend his free time with his wife and children.

Andre has been in the car business since 1998 and has made this job a lifelong career. When he is not working Andre is always out with his family.  He loves going out places to witness to others about the Lord. Also he is a minister at his church (Burnetts Chapel) and loves singing. Helping others is what Andre enjoys best so come see him today!

Amy was born and raised in Randolph County, NC. She was born in 2001 and graduated from Providence Grove High School in 2019. She has been in the car business since May of 2019 and is also enrolled in college. Her favorite hobbies are hiking, going to the gym and spending time with family. Amy loves Jesus, Country and family. She was welcomed to the Wayne Thomas Chevrolet team in December of 2019.

Mike was born and raised in Randolph County NC. He graduated from Asheboro High School and Randolph Community College. He has been married to his wife for 44 years. He has 2 children and 2 grand children. He is a member of the West Bend United Methodist Church. In his spare time, Mike likes to hunt and is an avid NASCAR fan, in which he attended his first race in 1967. Mike has been in the auto industry for over 36 years.

Branson was born in Asheboro and raised mostly in Randleman, NC. He graduated from Jordan-Matthews High School in 1986 and then graduated from Western Carolina University where he obtained his B.S. ('90) and a M.S. ('91) in Industrial Engineering Technology. He lived in Ramseur for 15 years and now lives in Asheboro since 2008. Branson has been married for over 26 years with 2 step daughters and 5 grandchildren. He has been in car sales a little over 6 years. In his spare time he loves to hunt, fish and play golf when he can.

Hilton was born and raised in Asheboro, NC. Hilton never finished high school and never attended college, but has worked with the public since he was 14 years old. He says working with the public for 64 years has been his education. Hilton spent over 7 years working at a service station, over 22 years at Auto Supply Co., and has been selling Chevrolet's in Asheboro for over 28 years.

Alan was born in Asheboro and has worked at Wayne Thomas Chevrolet Cadillac since 2002. He graduated from Southwest Randolph High School in 2002. Alan likes to spend time with his wife and son. In his spare time he coaches his son's Little League team.

Tiffany was born and raised in Randolph County. She graduated from Eastern Randolph High School and then earned her Associates Degree from GTCC in 2007. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her fiance and son. She joined the Wayne Thomas Chevrolet team in 2017.

Tim was born and raised in Asheboro and graduated from Asheboro High School in 1972. After attending UNC Chapel Hill and Central Carolina Community College in the 1970's he worked in radio broadcasting for 12 years in NC, SC & VA. He followed his dad into the auto industry in 1988 working in parts sales in various dealerships for 30+ years. He is married, has one son, two daughters and 7 grandchildren. Tim enjoys surfing the web and playing bass guitar in his church's praise band.
