Had an appointment at 8:30 for oil change and inspection. They were to check the transmission also as it slips going up mountains. I also asked to have them look at the radio because it does not come on until I am up the road about a 1/2 mile. I could see that they didn't take my vehicle into the garage until 9:15 or so. 25 minutes later it was back in the lot so I went to the desk and they told me that it was not done. Went back to waiting room. At 10:30 I had to leave. I asked what wasn't finished and she said the "Steering wheel" and radio had not been looked at. Come to find out they didn't do an inspection but rotated my brand new tires. What???? When I got home and called to tell them what they had done they didn't care. No "sorry". Come back we'll make it right. Nothing. She could have cared less. This was the second time I had to leave without the service I came in for because they had my car over 2 hours and I could not wait around any longer. Never buying another car here nor will I use the service department.

I was very concerned about my 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD having low voltage on batteries. So I brought it in to be checked. Spoke with Savannah who was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Jason Crandall did a thorough check and determined my main battery was failing due to it being 3 years old and suggested to have it changed. After speaking with Savannah, I felt totally confident that their decision was the right one and had the battery changed.

Good home town feel . Super nice staff . They have my return business. Worth the two and a half hour ride .
