Wayne Thomas Chevrolet is simply the best place to buy a vehicle and have it maintained in Randolph County, North Carolina—possibly in the entire state! We stopped in to trade for one new vehicle and ended up buying two in one afternoon this past October. From the sales team to the parts and service departments, every experience has been outstanding. A special thank-you to Tiffany, who always takes exceptional care of us. People are often surprised that we choose to have our vehicles serviced at a dealership, but the prices are actually lower than many local garages—I’ve compared them—and the quality of service gives us complete peace of mind. Went into the dealership for a warranty claim after having to replace the fuel pump. Warranty was submitted and accepted. Overall good experience other than I was informed I would receive a phone call when check was available and never received a call.

We got a good welcome, everyone was friendly and Mitchell Wright did an excellent job selling, he was very through and made sure we understood everything.
