I asked the Service dept to check out the condition of my 2018 Yukon's brake pads and rear shocks. The mechanics found the brakes were in good condition, but the rear shocks had failed. The Service writer had to go through extra efforts in order to get my GM Extended Warranty to cover the cost, since my odometer being within 128 miles of the expiration mileage of the warranty must have bothered the warranty folks. She prevailed, and I was spared the $2,000+ charge for the air shocks and labor. Great Job! This level of service has been a normal occurrence for the 5 years that I have lived in Asheboro, which is why I bring my GMC vehicle to Wayne Thomas. Thanks! Kerry Justice
